Chilli crushed in oil

The very common spicy paste you always find in Asian restuarants, they're the chilli crush stirred in oil.
This spicy is giving you option how's spicy you would have on your dishes.

Here is my main ingredient, a crushed pepper. Definitely, you can find it quite cheap in Wallmart or similar thing different brand in all asian markets.



Ingredients and how to cook?

2 things together in a bowl
- Crushed pepper & vegetable oil

Ratio between, oil amount is about a little bit over the surface of crushed chilli in bowl.


Are you ready to cook?
It's very easy!!
1. Put the bowl into a microwave, a quick cooked mode for 4 minutes.
2. After 4 minutes, take a bowl off microwave, stir mixed ingredient 2-3 times and place the bowl into microwave again.
3. Set about 4 mintues again, but this time whenever you smell spicy suggest to stop microwaving, check it out no need to wait until time is completed 4 minutes, you chilli crushed paste is ready!




How to use this paste?
I normally have it with rice and side dishes to make my meal spicy excitement.
Or put it into noddle soup, to get spicy my way.


Note : Fried egg with rice, this pepper paste and small amount of fishsauce on top is a fantastic dish.

Sweet & Sour stirred chicken

Come today after the previous post to tell you how to cook rice, this is a sweet & sour chicken dish you could have with rice.

What we get to have?

Fresh chicken in small pieces: 200 grams
Oil: 2 table spoon
Smash Garlic: 1 tea spoon
Oystersauce: 1 table spoon
Fishsauce: 1 tea spoon
Soysauce:1 tea spoon

Fresh onion : 1 fruit
Fresh bell pepper: 3-4 fruits
Sugar: 1 table spoon
Sweet & Sour sauce: 1 table spoon

* Crush chili: amount based on how's spicy you would have or you can ignore if you don't want to get that spicy!

How to cook?

1. Put on chicken, oil, garlic, oyster/fish & soy sauces into a bowl (cover a bowl with lid to protect the cooking juice get out to spilt microwave). I put on the quick cooked microwave mode for 4-5 minutes or where you can see chicken sound cooked and became juice.
2. Take out the bowl, stir chicken to get well with sauce and put onion, bell pepper, sugar and sweet&sour suace. Place a bolw again into a mircrowave. Again a quick cooked mode but longer time, about 6 minutes in total. (You could take the bowl off microwave to stir and mix the ingredents inside bowl after 1st 3 minutes and put it back into microwave until the cook is well done).

That's all...you now have a 1st Thai dish with rice...congretulations! Enjoy.
